We're hiring an Account Executive – SMB to drive revenue growth in the Spanish market.
You'll spend most of your time working sales-qualified leads through the full sales cycle — from first conversation to closed deal — with the rest of your time spent prospecting and on strategic initiatives to build new pipeline.
This role fits a proactive salesperson who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys closing deals, and is comfortable balancing a steady flow of qualified opportunities with self-sourced business.
Sales & relationships
Work a pipeline of sales-qualified leads (SQLs) through the full sales cycle, from initial contact to close — this is where most of your time goes
Prospect and generate new business opportunities within the SMB segment in Spain, alongside strategic sales initiatives — a smaller, secondary part of the role
Collaborate with marketing and account management teams to optimize the sales process
Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
3–5 years experience in B2B sales, business development, or SaaS sales
~ Strong commercial mindset — comfortable closing and negotiating
~ Fluent Spanish, at least intermediate English (written and spoken)
~ Experience with complex sales funnels, requiring KYC, installation and product customization
Experience working with CRMs (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
