Account Director Telefonica & Iberia
We are seeking an Account Director Telefonica & Iberia who will be responsible for driving Adtran’s business growth in Iberia by defining and executing go‑to‑market and partner strategies across key market verticals. The role focuses on building and managing a strong sales pipeline, engaging with customers and partners, and ensuring revenue and business targets are met.
Responsibilities
Definition, execution and accountability of the Adtran business in Iberia.
Definition of the most suitable go‑to‑market and alliance strategy tailored to the different Market Verticals.
Scouting, enhancement and engagement with Adtran partner landscape in Iberia.
Maintaining an accurate forecast and pipeline management. This covers order entries, revenues and related budget.
Organizing any necessary QBR with Iberia Key Accounts and with internal stakeholders to increase CSAT indicators.
Other duties as assigned.

Skills, Qualifications, Training, and Experience
Proven sales experience in the Telco Market, with particular focus on Business to Business departments.
Good knowledge of Finance, Sales Methodology, Salesforce.
Technology: in-depth knowledge of optical end to end (from Fixed Access to Long Haul DWDM).
Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
