We are growing and reinforcing our legal team in Madrid. We are looking for a lawyer with real experience in non‑secured debt recovery, accustomed to working with financial entities and managing mass procedures.

Day‑to‑day Responsibilities
Full management of judicial procedures: monitorias, cambiarios and declaratives.
Analysis of cases and assessment of legal viability.
Drafting procedural documents such as claims, appeals and executions.
Process drive and follow‑up of procedures.
Handling objections, incidents and appeals.
Solvency consultation (Punto Neutro Judicial) and requests for embargoes.
Coordination with external lawyers and notaries.
Follow‑up of payment agreements and case evolution.
Qualifications
Law degree and registration with the bar.
More than 2 years of experience in non‑secured debt recovery.
Experience defending banking entities or servicers.
Strong knowledge of civil and execution procedures.
Proficient in Excel at the user level.
Results‑oriented and autonomous.
Work Arrangement & Location
Flexible schedule: L–M–J 09:______:00 (flexible) and V 08:______:00. Hybrid model (remote work) with the office located in Méndez Álvarez.
