From the design of the legal structure, drafting, and negotiation of NDAs, LoIs, and SPAs, to the closing and post-acquisition integration.Law Advisory: Act as an internal expert in U.You will resolve day-to-day operational and legal inquiries for our U.S. subsidiaries (especially in Houston/Texas), reducing reliance on external law firms.Coordinate multi-jurisdictional legal audit processes, identifying contingencies and ensuring that detected risks are contractually mitigated.External Advisor Control: Selection and supervision of major international law firms. You will have the technical criteria to "challenge" their legal approaches and optimize the Group's legal spending.Support in Concessions and Projects: Legal support in international tenders and complex contracts (EPC, O&M) linked to the management of terminals and airport services under Anglo-Saxon law.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with foreign investment and national security regulations in international transactions.Education: Law Degree.
