Qualifications
Bilingual English/Spanish is essential
Other languages a plus (preferably Dutch, German, Czech, Polish)
Strong customer service and relationship management skills
Good knowledge of the Costa del Sol
Familiarity with the local Marbella real estate market and property trends
Proactive attitude, excellent negotiation abilities, and a results-driven mindset
Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
Experience in real estate and sales, with a strong track record of successful deals
Responsibilities
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Marbella for a Real Estate Sales Agent.
The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property viewings, and negotiating transactions.
Additional responsibilities include maintaining knowledge of the local real estate market, building relationships with clients, and providing outstanding customer service throughout the buying or selling process.
