FeaturesWhere:Aguilas, MurciaJob Type:Employee - PermanentJob Status:Part-timeSalary:competitive hourly ratesWork Location:Office/On-siteSpanish:NoneAdvertiser Note:The job vacancy is in our company/businessDescriptionWe are looking for native UK English speakers who already reside in the area or are within easy travelling distance of Aguilas to work with our team of enthusiastic teachers and monitors.You will be working with Spanish children attending an English immersion programme; therefore, no Spanish is required for these roles. Our team is expected to speak English at all times!Our programmes run throughout the school term until the end of June. Contracts are issued on a monthly basis for bookings we have. This is not a full-time permanent position at present, although as a growing company, we hope to be able to offer more work to the key members of our team in the future.For our teaching roles, you must be TEFL/CELTA qualified, and although experience is an advantage, we are willing to consider applicants who are enthusiastic, computer literate, and able to work with children of all ages. All lessons and activities are provided; you are not expected to plan any lessons. Teachers normally work morning/afternoon hours, which may vary depending on the group.For our monitor roles, TEFL and experience are an advantage but are not necessary if you are motivated, energetic, outgoing, and enjoy working with children. Monitors are also provided with an evening meal along with the team at our facility.Monitor roles are very active positions, so applicants should be able to show energy and enthusiasm through the entire time you spend with the students. Monitor hours are normally afternoon/evening until 10:30 pm, but this may vary depending on the group.We would especially love to hear from teachers and monitors with talents. Sports, drama, singing, music, dancing, baking, and any other skills you’re willing to share would be very welcome.These roles could be of particular interest to individuals who are looking for temporary work to supplement their income or people looking for experience and a new opportunity.Full training is provided for successful applicants. We try to provide a happy, supportive working environment for all of our team members.Please note, if you are not a native English speaker from the UK (Scotland, England, Ireland, or Wales), your application will not be taken any further. You must be a resident in Spain and have the necessary permission to work here.You must be available for an interview during January/February 2025 and able to start work for us in February/March 2025.
