You will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for the participants while enjoying the sunny environment of Mallorca.ResponsibilitiesDirect and coordinate all scheduled campus activities to ensure they run smoothly, safely, and according to plan.Manage, guide, and closely supervise the team of monitors, providing them with the support they need to succeed.Oversee the daily schedule to guarantee all educational, physical, and recreational goals of the summer program are met effectively.Act as the main point of reference for the staff, resolving any operational challenges that may arise during campus hours.QualificationsHold a certified and official Leisure Time Director diploma or an equivalent educational qualification.Have solid, proven previous experience in a similar leadership, camp management, or coordination role.Possess a valid driving license and own personal vehicle to ensure reliable daily commuting to the campus in Puig de Ros (Llucmajor).Demonstrate a strong command of the Spanish language to communicate clearly and effectively with the monitoring team, the organization, and the participants.Conditions and CompensationTemporary, full‑time employment contract covering the peak summer period from 22 June to 31 July.Highly predictable and stable fixed schedule: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00, leaving late afternoons, evenings, and weekends free.Competitive gross monthly salary of 1,664.41 EUR for the duration of the contract.Are you fully prepared to take on this exciting challenge and make a significant, positive impact this summer in Puig de Ros (Llucmajor)? xcskxlj If you meet all the necessary qualifications and are eager to lead a fantastic team of monitors, we want to hear from you.
