The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own- Draft, review, and revise commercial contracts, NDAs, engagement letters, and other legal documents- Support the legal team with corporate governance matters, compliance requirements, and regulatory filings- Manage and organize the company’s legal documentation and contract database- Conduct legal research on topics relevant to the proptech industry, including data privacy, digital transactions, real estate and property law, and central bank regulations- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, HR, Operations) to provide legal input on business and people initiatives- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and assist in the preparation of compliance reports- Handle due diligence documentation for partnerships and corporate transactions- Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as city councils, trade registries, social security offices, and courts- Monitor and report on relevant legislative and regulatory changes affecting the companyThe Perfect Match: What It Takes to Succeed at Huspy- Bachelor’s degree in Law from an accredited university + a Master’s in Law (Acceso a la Abogacía)- Registered member of a Bar Association in Spain- Minimum of 2 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a law firm or within a multinational in-house legal team in the real estate industry- Strong understanding of contract law and corporate law; knowledge of real estate law is an advantage- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English- High attention to detail with strong organizational and prioritization skills- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment- Previous experience in a start-up environment is a plusBy submitting this application, I agree that my personal data will be collected, processed, and retained by the company solely for the purposes of managing and assessing my candidacy.#J-18808-Ljbffr
