Descripción general
Gestor de ventas/comercial que en dependencia del responsable comercial de área, será responsable de promocionary vender los equipos y servicios de Kalmar, garantizar el presupuesto de ventas, identificar, investigar y contactar con clientes potenciales, y establecer relaciones positivas que generen ventas futuras y negocios recurrentes.
Tareas y responsabilidades principales
Identificar, investigar y contactar con clientes potenciales, y establecer relaciones positivas que generen ventas futuras y negocios recurrentes, dentro del sector de terminales portuarias e industria pesada.
Definir y llevar a cabo acciones de ventas para cumplir el presupuesto de ventas.
Formular y coordinar, junto con el director de ventas del área, estrategias de ventas y campañas de marketing para desarrollar previsiones y presupuestos de ventas.
Elaborar presupuestos técnicos comerciales personalizados, desarrollando propuestas para los clientes en colaboración con los responsables de las líneas de productos.
Identificar clientes potenciales y cambios en las tendencias futuras.
Remitir los contactos de ventas, los comentarios de los clientes y la información sobre la actividad de la competencia a los contactos adecuados de la organización.
Junto con el director de ventas de la zona, desarrollar propuestas para los clientes con el fin de aumentar las ventas.
Coordinar la entrega y puesta en marcha de los equipos con el departamento de operaciones.
Promocionar los contratos de servicio asociados.
Formación y experiencia
Máster o licenciatura en Ingeniería/Gestión o cualquier titulación relacionada con Economía o Marketing.
Al menos 5 años de experiencia en un puesto similar dentro del sector de grúas portuarias, maquinaria pesada/equipos industriales o similar, en un entorno internacional.
Experiencia con CRM Salesforce.
Se requiere dominio completo del inglés.
El puesto requerirá viajar intensivamente a diferentes lugares dentro del territorio asignado.

Kalmar is seeking a Sales Representative based in Spain (preferably Madrid, Valencia, or Algeciras) to lead the promotion and sale of our Mobile Equipment and Services. Reporting to the Sales Area Manager, you will secure sales budgets by identifying and researching prospective customers while building the long-term relationships that generate repeat business. This role requires frequent travel throughout the country.

Customized Proposals: Elaborate technical commercial quotations and develop tailored customer proposals in collaboration with Product Line Managers.
Market Intelligence: Actively refer sales leads, customer feedback, and competitor activity to internal stakeholders to maintain a competitive edge.
Operational Coordination: Oversee the delivery and commissioning of equipment with the Operations team while promoting associated service contracts to add value.

What you bring to the role:
Academic Background: Hold an MSc or BSc in Engineering, Management, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
Industry Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within port cranes, heavy plant, or industrial equipment, ideally in a multinational environment.
Technical & Language Skills: Full command of both English and Spanish, and professional experience using CRM Salesforce are essential for this role.
Customer-Centric Sales Mindset: A proactive, business-oriented professional with strong sales skills and a total commitment to delivering world-class customer service.
