First point of contact for error review and analysis assuring timely and accurate resolution in collaboration with other internal departments and Client stakeholders.Key responsibilities:Daily Interface monitoring in hrX Exchange to assure accurate and successful data flow between HRIS and PY systems.Project support during implementation and HypercareLog and Report System issues providing clear and detailed evidenceSupport and contribute to Root Cause Analysis to ensure details are accurate and that feasible preventative measures are suggested to limit any re-occurrence in cooperation with the Client, Application Services and ProductsSupport Internal Teams and Clients with hrX exchange (system navigation, walk-through, error analyzing/reading)Provide ad hoc trainings to Internal Teams or Client, Conduct Knowledge Transfer SessionsAd hoc system testingMaintenance of DWIs to ensure processes are up to date and reflective of the serviceIdentify and highlight any deviations from the standard scope of serviceProactively looking for new solutions and improvementsCollaborate with Operational Management, Transformation Team and Products to implement automation and innovation for continuous improvementResponsible for upskilling and developing team members through training delivery and coaching to enable them to fulfill their roleSupport Management with the resolution of client escalations along with compiling lessons learntAd hoc participation in other projectsDeal appropriately with sensitive and confidential informationContribute to team meetings and raise any issues immediately to your Line ManagerComplete Time Recording accurately and on timeKeep up to date with all Alight announcements and communicationsBuild good relationships with all lines of business where appropriateUpdate internal stakeholders, when needed, in a timely and accurate waySuccessful completion of all learning objectivesAdherence to all Security and Compliance proceduresAdherence to Quality standardsDemonstrate professionalism and act responsiblyExperience and SkillsGood understanding of HR and Payroll processesUnderstanding of how the available tools and systems enable the delivery of service excellenceStrong knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPointFlexibility to support a global and fast paced environmentExcellent written and verbal skills in English, any other European language is an advantageSelf-motivated and a willingness to learnAttention to detail, good analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to organize work and prioritiesAccurate in terms of quality and respect of deadlinesAbility to collaborate and work in a team environment while having a strong sense of commitment to team and department, as well as independently while adhering to processes and proceduresStrong sense of integrity with an awareness of confidentiality and diplomacyEssential BA/BS in a business-related field such as Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education & experience1-2 years relevant experience administering Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing or Corporate environment.Experience working with hrX suite – hrX assist, hrX exchange, hrX access, hrX analyzeHRIS knowledge: Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft knowledge preferredFlexible Working So that you can be your best at work and home, we consider flexible working arrangements wherever possible.
