**ASE Global is currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join the ever growing team!****Here is a little window into our company**:Focused on the automotive industry, the combination of ASE's industry-recognized software, tools, and local industry expertise allows for the providing of global data services, performance improvement consultancy, and profit optimization services tailored to the business requirements of brands and their dealer networks. ASE's business intelligence dashboard tools combined with human validation provide in-depth analysis of business performance,and brands are given the confidence to manage change and drive the performance needed to face market challenges head on.The Marketing Manager will be working over various projects and companies within Aspire Software. You will have extensive knowledge on how to setup and manage a clear marketing strategy for a B2B software solution (customer acquisition, retention and upsell strategies). Key metrics such CAC, LTV, churn, etc... should be handled with ease. In Addition, you will be able to adapt your methodology based on customer size (large corporate vs non corporate). You will be reporting to our Head of Global Sales and supported by our shared marketing team based in Montreal Canada.**What your day will look like**:- Handle day to day activities and lead business engagements, proactively solving issues with business projects and ensuring goals are met- Define, manage, and execute the B2B marketing strategy for each company within the portfolio- Comfortable explaining insights from SEO, Analytics, and marketing results to the business- Ensure projects are delivered on budget and on time- Assist in preparing high quality,detailed analyses and reports using Excel- Working on go to market strategies for new products and features- Collaborate with the sales and product teams- Analyzing and optimizing digital campaigns- Manage a marketing team (1-2 FTE- Management reporting**About you**:- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Media or related field- Proven experience in driving marketing strategy within a B2B software company- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills- Proficient in Salesforce (or other CRM) and Microsoft Office Products- Well-organized, detail-oriented with an analytical mind- Comfortable with Google Analytics & Google Ads- Understanding of SEO, SEM and social media- Min 4 years' experience within a similar role- Must be a Spanish Citizen or a Permanent Resident- Great presentation skills- English mandatoryThere is room for career growth,and we want you to feel like part of the team!We are an Equal Opportunity Employer that does not discriminate on the basis of; disability, race, ancestry, place of origin, color, ethnic origin, citizenship, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, record of offences, marital status or family status.- Who is Valsoft?_- Valsoft Corporation focuses on growing and acquiring vertical software businesses that provide mission-critical solutions within multiple niche-markets.
