In order to ensure the growth and consolidation of the company’s team, we are looking to recruit this offer:HEAD OF PEOPLE (Ref. 11. 399)DESCRIPTIONAs the Head of HR, you will take the lead role in developing and executing human resources strategies in support of the business plan and strategic direction of the organization. You will be managing the People team and consulting with executive leadership on a variety of critical HR aspects such as talent acquisition, performance appraisal systems, change management, training & development, compensation, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. The Head of HR will report directly to the CEO and play a strategic role in managing the company’s most valuable resource: its people. RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide strategic guidance and direction for all HR functions. - Lead the HR team, providing guidance and support. - Oversee talent acquisition strategies and implementation. - Develop and implement HR plans that align with company’s mission and values. - Oversee employee development and training programs. - Effectively handle employee relations, ensuring legal compliance in all HR practices. - Lead HR projects like compensation planning and workforce development. - Provide guidance on career development, succession planning, and retention. - Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organization’s goals and strategize accordingly. Function as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management of each business unit or specialty group regarding key organizational and management issues. REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field, Master’s degree preferred. - Previous experience as an HR Manager or HRBP in a technology/SaaS company is a must. - Thorough understanding of HR practices, principles and labor legislation. - Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing a team. - Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. - Knowledge of data analysis and HR metrics. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Knowledge of and experience with varied HR information systems. - Ability to work under pressure, with very little supervision and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in English and Spanish. Catalan will be a plus.
