Organization: CCAPosting Start: 2024-03-26Location: SalamancaJob Title: Facilities CoordinatorPosting End: 2024-06-30A Brief Job Description: Job Summary:The Facilities Coordinator oversees all building maintenance activities within designated CCA properties, ensuring all health and safety standards are met and arranging for repairs as needed.Education & Experience:High school diploma or equivalent plus any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities.Knowledge of:Methods and principles of general building maintenance.Basic principles of carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical work.Materials, methods, and equipment used in remodeling and construction.Advanced knowledge of maintenance planning and schedules.In-depth knowledge of building safety regulations and security protocols.Basic maintenance and operation of heating and ventilation systems.Safe use and operation of lawn maintenance and snow removal equipment.Other Requirements & Skills:Must have valid driver’s license, insurability, and reliable transportation.Operate a variety of hand and power equipment in a safe and effective manner.Self-directedExcellent organization and communication skillsEstablish and maintain cooperative working relationships.Understanding of Trauma Informed Care – ability to operate within an empathic, person-centered framework.Proficiency in office software (i.E. Microsoft Office Suite)Primary Responsibilities:Maintains physical space, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment.Ensures assigned equipment is in proper working order and available for use.Drafts and implements preventive maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment.Arranges regular maintenance of equipment and internal systems as needed with external vendors (e.G. heating system, alarms, security cameras)Receives, manages, and processes work order requests; ensures problems are resolved quickly.Ability to respond to building and equipment emergencies.Acts as liaison between employees and any outside contractors needed to resolve specialized problems.Check rooms and furniture to identify needs for repairs or renovations.Maintains inventory of supplies; reorders as needed.Monitor external facility related needs including: waste management, snow removal, lawn care, etc.Monitor regular and ad-hoc facility expenses.Facilitate agency procurement process for all new vendors.Maintain an updated record of invoices from external partners (e.G. suppliers, insurance agents, security guards)Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulationsSafety Committee Member and participates in emergency preparedness planning.Coordinates and/or oversees facility needs for agency events.Maintains appropriate records and reports.Demonstrates, promotes, and practices CCA’s mission and values.Other assigned duties.Apply OnlineAttachment Facilities-Coordinator-Job-Description.DocxContact Information: Whitney verbridgewverbridge@ccaction.org(716) 945-1041 x160#J-18808-Ljbffr
