We’re growing rapidly and expanding into new markets and are actively recruiting an experienced German Speaking Business Development consultant to join our commercial team.

Tasks
Your Responsibilities:

Outbound cold calling to potential clients generating New Business opportunities - telephone based
Bring on specific campaigns – putting in follow up calls - and activities as requested to generate sales opportunities and (or) appointments for members of the Sales team
Work to develop lists / database of prospects to whom we can promote products and services
Follow up all sales opportunities and call backs within the agreed target times
Working closely with Account Managers and Sales Team
Keep the CRM system up to date with all details of prospects, customers, contacts, sales activity and customer feedback
Keep the diary system up to date with all activities in or out of the office

Requirements
Do you possess these key skills:

Experience in New Business background would be desirable but not essential.
Fluent German speaking (written and orally) (Essential).
Solid background in Outbound Sale or Cold Calling
Knowledge of IT Industry (preferable).
Sold background in Outbound Sale or Cold Calling.
At least one years’ experience within a sales environment in a telephone-based role.
Time management skills.
Desire to succeed and move into a sales role
Dynamic, confident self-starter
Desire to be part of a winning team
Willing to stay the course
